Yup...the blue wire from the BTC was spliced into the tach signal and not the CKP sensor.
They fixed the problem and the car runs great now. But since it's been raining for the past few days and it's supposed to rain for a few more, I'll have to wait to find the optimum setting.
At 12 o'clock, the car isn't sluggish at all anymore.

I know...if was a big relief now that it's fixed. Since it was the shop's mistake, they threw in a free oil change next time I need one. So that's nice.
Thanks for all of your help guys. You were right on with what was wrong with the install.
